If Emerge Lotus isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason, including simply changing your mind. No explanation required.

How to request one

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Emerge Lotus orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
• Write to us through our Contact page and we'll help you get it handled.

Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel a monthly or yearly membership at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Calendar access stays open through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn't issue a refund — if you're within the 30-day window and want your money back, ask for the refund as described above.
